Avoid Grazing:
All the snack between meals has to go. Every time you eat you trigger a hormone called insulin. This insulin creates inflammation in your Colon which causes the swelling of your stomach. To avoid this, you eat only three meals a day and possibly make it two meals a day. Don’t eat snacks in between meals. If this is done the body will start eating your belly fat, once the food is digested after every meal. Insulin is like a switch and if you can control it you will not have any bloating at all. Broccoli are healthy and tasty too. But for some this will swell their stomach. Some get bloated when they eat cabbage. So, whichever vegetable blots you avoid it. Ultimately you don’t want to bloat. Find out the veggies that bloat you and avoid them and some other alternative veggies which don’t blot you to enhance your health.

You must be knowing it. The protein in grain is called gluten will create inflammation in your Colon. It is a number one source of digestive issues. Avoid this. The grain turns into sugar which increases insulin. Sugar creates a spike in insulin that creates swelling in the belly especially when you combine it with protein and fat. So, sugar is not good at all, better you avoid it.
Avoid Over eating:
Now stop this. Never ever over feed yourself. In front of your television you forget what you eat and forget about how much you eat. In a restaurant you pay high and tend to eat more and more, especially when you order in a package. You tend to eat that extra chicken leg when you have already have eaten two, but the package come with three. Not you mistake but you will be paying the price in the form of bloating. When you are in a social event, God save you, no limitation now. Be conscious about what you are eating because it will take a long time to digest which is not good for you.

Always eat your food when you are hungry.
