Avoid Grazing: All the snack between meals has to go. Every time you eat you trigger a hormone called insulin. This insulin creates inflammation in your Colon which causes the swelling of your stomach. To avoid this, you eat only three meals a day and possibly make it two meals a day. Don’t eat snacks in between meals. If this is done the body will start eating your belly fat, once the food is digested after every meal.
